Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is not in the center of town but is quiet and worked out well for our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, ready when we arrived early. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The dining had standard fare with different specialty recipes daily cooked by the staff. The location was great and clean, especially the hot tub after a long drive. The price was good, and pet amenities were available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious, which was great, but unfortunately, building 1 or 2 can be quite loud if you're looking for some peaceful rest. The location was wonderful with very helpful concierge service and a courteous staff of employees.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were very clean, spacious, relaxing, and so comfortable. I loved having a fireplace in my room along with the 2 Queen beds, sofa bed, fireplace, and balcony. The service was exceptional - the staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an outstanding visit. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area without the congestion of Uptown Sedona. It was off the beaten path yet close to everything. The dining experience was delicious with freshly prepared onsite meals. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was not what I expected. The scenery of the red rocks was a joke, as we were looking through traffic lights and a steady stream of traffic that woke us up both mornings before 6:30 am. Additionally, on the second day, after managing to go back to sleep, a staff member woke us up at 8 am to clean the room, mistaking it for a check-out. However, the room included a separate seating area with a couch, chair, a second TV, and a gas fireplace. The pullout couch was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel took care of everything. Despite the early wake-up calls, thank you for a wonderful experience. We will consider coming back.
